Growth Passport, Student Portfolio & Holistic Development
A continuously evolving, lifelong student development record spanning ten tracks — academics, skills, projects, achievements, leadership, sports, arts, community impact, behavior and competencies — from admission through graduation and into the alumni record. Entirely Basic tier — no AI dependency.
Implementation note: rather than introducing duplicate models, this chapter extends the pre-existingGrowthPassport,Achievement andStudentTimeline models from Chapter 6, and the Club model from Chapter 15 (its existing coordinator field fulfills the "Activity Coordinator" role). "Mentor" is likewise a relationship — any teacher or admin referenced on a record — not a new login role, avoiding the ~12-location role-registration cost a brand-new role would require. Career Readiness, standalone Certification management, Mentorship session logs and Recommendation Letter generation are scoped out of this pass as fast-follow items. A dedicated free-form "Reflections" journal (distinct from Goals, BRD §3.14) is also deferred. Two of the six BRD §7 notifications need a scheduled job and are not yet wired: portfolio-completeness milestones and expiring-share-link reminders. The Academics track has no dedicated storage — it is designed to be computed from Chapter 12 Examinations and Chapter 11 LMS data, which has not been integrated yet, so the University Readiness Report's "Academic Strength" is currently scored from Achievement/Competency records only.
Basic Tier Features

Competency Framework

- Club membership, attendance and in-club leadership roles now tracked (extends the existing Chapter 15 Club model) — assigning a club leadership role auto-creates a Leadership record
Community Impact & Service Hours
- Volunteering, community service, social projects and environmental activities with hours logged
- Supervisor verification required before hours count toward totals — enforced server-side

- Goal Created → Progress Updates → Review → Completion workflow with mentor review comments

Student Portfolio & Evidence
- Evidence upload (images, videos, PDFs, presentations, certificates, external links) tagged to a passport track
